My agent was Michelle Lyons and I could not have asked for anyone better. I resided out of state throughout the entire process and Michelle's knowledge of the market, her expertise on the area I was interested in and her professionalism was incredible from start to finish. I knew from day one I was in good hands. Michelle planned ahead thoughtfully and together we secured a home within 3 days. She made the entire process smooth and successful. The home I chose was new construction. Michelle would send video updates of the home's status each week as it got closer to completion. As you can imagine this made me feel as though I was actually at the property not 1200 miles away. She truly went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for her. A seamless process when purchasing a new home is rare, somehow Michelle made it perfect!
